We are pleased to provide details of a new retail scheme proposed in Birstall at land off Bankwood Way, adjacent to the Showcase Cinema at Birstall Retail Park.

The proposed development is for a new Lidl foodstore and a separate Home Bargains store and accompanying outside garden centre. The site is currently derelict, and the proposed development would deliver a high-quality retail scheme; complementing the existing retail provision at Birstall Retail Park whilst improving shopping choice and competition locally.

We are keen to hear your views. Please complete a questionnaire and provide any comments you may have.
